Mode of use:

Apply a thin layer to the area to be treated. Massage for a few seconds until it is absorbed into the skin. In winter, you should work it in more with your fingers so that it blends better with the skin. In summer, the heat makes the product more workable and therefore easier to apply.
Since these are natural oils, their viscosity decreases at high temperatures (the opposite occurs at cold temperatures). Occasionally, our Calm & Repair Balm may contain small spheres, granules, or irregularities on its surface. We’d like to explain why this happens and why it doesn’t affect the product’s quality or properties. 🌿 A 100% Natural Formula Our Calm & Repair Balm is formulated with 100% natural ingredients and contains 45% shea butter, as well as beeswax. The high concentration of shea butter is precisely one of the characteristics that gives the product its moisturizing, nourishing, and repairing properties. 🧈 Why Do These Small Spheres Appear? We use a particularly creamy, high-quality shea butter; over time and due to temperature changes, small crystallizations or microspheres may form on the product’s surface. The presence of beeswax can further promote the appearance of these small spheres. This phenomenon is completely natural in this type of formulation and may become more visible when the product experiences temperature changes, especially when they are relatively sudden.  Is this related to storage or the packaging? No. The appearance of these microspheres is not related to a problem with the dispenser, the cap, or the packaging’s seal. It is a physical phenomenon primarily related to the natural composition of the formula, time, and temperature fluctuations.

Does this affect the product's properties? No. These small spheres or changes in texture do not alter the moisturizing, nourishing, and repairing properties of the Calm & Repair Balm. The product retains its characteristics and benefits. 🌱 Why don’t we modify the formula to prevent this? Completely preventing this phenomenon would require modifying the product’s composition—for example, by reducing the percentage of shea butter and using other non-natural ingredients. However, this would mean reducing the percentage of shea butter and altering the natural characteristics of the formula, which would actually compromise some of the very benefits we aim to provide with our product. For this reason, we prefer to keep our formula with its natural ingredients, even though it may occasionally exhibit these slight variations in texture.

In summary, the appearance may change slightly over time and with temperature, but the quality and properties of the product remain unchanged. Natural products do not always have a perfectly uniform appearance.
